Solutions: Hospitality
Hotel & Resort AV Systems that are Worry-Free, A–Z
LED Display, Audio, Lighting & AV Control for Hotels, Ballrooms, and Meeting Rooms
Your guests judge the experience, not the equipment brand. That is why we design the system: a topology that ties all the hardware together, with one party responsible until the job is done.
What a system means
The system is designed so that
Not a technical term. This is what your guests and operations team feel when the ballroom is full.
Visuals stay clear across the whole ballroom, including the back table
Audio reaches the last seating area evenly, with no area that is too loud
LED, audio, lighting, and control work as one unit, not four vendors
Switching event formats (morning wedding, afternoon conference, evening gala) is faster
The system stays ready when the ballroom is full and every device is on at once
Operators do not need to adjust every device one by one
Where we stand
If you are looking for a ballroom LED, ballroom videotron, sound system, or ballroom lighting, we do all of it. The difference: we design it as one system that fits the venue, is easy for the hotel team to use, and has one party responsible.
The ballroom is the room that changes format most often and costs the most when it fails during an event. That is why we put the ballroom first.
One system
One System for the Whole Ballroom
These five components are designed from one topology: a preset per event format, one control panel, one maintenance log.

01
LED Display & Videotron
For presentations, event backdrops, weddings, conferences, and event content. Size and pixel pitch calculated from the farthest table.
Indoor LED modules Video processor Presentation display Signal switcher -
02
Audio System
Even sound that stays clear from the front to the back of the ballroom, for the MC, the band, or presentations.
Line array / ceiling speakers Amplifier Digital mixer Wireless mics Audio processor (DSP) -
03
Lighting System
Ambient lighting, stage lighting, and presentation mode. Lighting is not extra decoration, it is part of the event experience.
Stage lighting Ambient & dimming Lighting control (DMX) Scene presets -
04
AV Control System
Controls every device and event preset from one control system. The banquet team picks a format instead of switching things on one by one.

05
Meeting & Conference
Meeting rooms, boardrooms, and hybrid events: displays, conference mics, cameras, and connectivity ready for corporate guests.
Interactive display Conference mics Camera & video conferencing Wireless presentation
Operational benefits
Designed for Ballrooms that Cannot Fail Mid-Event
We translate the technical discussion into operational benefits for the General Manager, Engineering, Procurement, and Event Team.
Not dependent on one technician
The control system is built so the hotel operations team can run the main functions simply.
Maintenance before problems appear
Scheduled maintenance 4 times a year, outside the event calendar, so the risk of trouble during use goes down.
One party responsible
LED, audio, lighting, and control under one contract, one number, one auditable log.
Real & Honest Specs
Every spec comes out of WFOS analysis: needs uncovered first, site inspected, then the system designed. What is written in the quote is what gets installed.
Applies to every project
| Aspect | WAW Standard | Common Industry Practice |
|---|---|---|
| Spec in the Quote | Line-item per component: brand, type, quantity, signed | Generic brochure spec, non-binding details |
| Installed Components | Exactly as documented, checkable at any time | Can be quietly downgraded after the contract |
| After-Installation Service | 4 preventive + 6 corrective visits per year, auditable log | Comes when called, no fixed schedule |
| Response Commitment | < 4 hours, written in the SLA | Best effort, no written commitment |
Warning: Procurement Weak Spot
The Main Enemy: Spec Cheating
"Spec cheating" is rarely caught early. The quote lists top-tier components; what gets installed is quietly downgraded, and the difference becomes the vendor margin. The system usually dies precisely at full occupancy. The one embarrassed in front of management is not the vendor, it is you.
Anti Spec-Cheating Policy
On every WAW project, components are recorded and verifiable: brand, type, serial number, matching the signed line-item spec. You do not have to take our word for it; just check the documents.
What is installed matches what was signed

Request AccessGround Inspection
We measure the ballroom first
The number of LEDs, speakers, and lighting points is only set once the venue is understood. This is the WFOS Ground Inspection stage, before any numbers appear in a quote.
See the 5 WFOS stagesWhat we check on site
- 1 Ballroom area, ceiling height, and partitions
- 2 Capacity and table layout per event format
- 3 Viewing distance to the display from the farthest table
- 4 Room acoustics, carpet, and reflections
- 5 Rigging points and structural load
- 6 Cable routes, electrical panels, and grounding
- 7 Meeting room and hybrid event needs
- 8 Which team operates each event
The survey results become the basis of a line-item spec you can audit before signing.
WAW Care

What we check on every visit
- Check LED modules, dead pixels, processor, and signal
- Check speakers, amplifiers, mixer, and wireless mics
- Check lighting, dimmers, and scene presets
- Check AV controller, touch panel, and event presets
- Check meeting rooms: display, conference mics, cameras
- On-call support for issues before or during an event
Every visit is recorded in a log you can open at any time. Not the longest warranty, but a warranty that shows up on schedule.
