• Consultation form: name, position, phone number, email, venue information (type, capacity, location), budget range, and timeline. Used solely to follow up on your consultation request.
• Newsletter: email address. Used to send one letter per month from the founder. Unsubscribe at any time via the link in the email or by contacting us.
• Analytics: site usage data via Google Analytics 4, only after you accept the cookie banner. Not for third-party advertising.

How data is stored

Data is stored on our servers and is not sold or shared with third parties beyond what is needed to operate the service. Access is limited to the WAW team handling your request.

Your rights
