Solutions: Worship
A System Ready to Serve Every Sunday Morning
Audio, LED Display, Lighting, Control & Live Streaming for Churches
Designed to be clear for the congregation, easy for volunteers, and accountable to the board as a long-term investment.
Where we stand
Church videotron, sound system, lighting, and streaming are not four separate projects. We design them as one system controlled from one place, one that keeps running as the volunteers on duty change.
If you came looking for a church LED or a church sound system, the answer is here. The difference: we do not stop at the hardware.
One system
One System for the Whole Service
We design these five components as one topology: one preset, one control panel, one party responsible.

01
Audio
The sound system is designed from room size, acoustics, and where the congregation sits. Sermons stay clear to the back row, worship does not distort when the room is full.
Line array / point source speakers Digital mixer Wireless & headset mics DSP & amplifier -
02
Visual
A church LED display or videotron with pixel pitch and brightness calculated from the farthest seat and the room lighting.
Indoor LED modules Video processor ProPresenter / NDI Confidence monitor -
03
Lighting
Lighting for the pulpit, worship stage, and room ambience that supports the service and the streaming cameras at the same time.
Stage & wash lights Ambient dimming Lighting console Preset scenes -
04
Control System
One control panel with presets per type of service. Volunteers pick a scene instead of adjusting devices one by one.
AV controller Touch panel One-touch recall Automatic safe scene -
05
Live Streaming
Online services and sermon archives from cameras, audio, and graphics already connected to the same system. Not an add-on device in the corner.

Products without a system
Products Without a System
Many vendors sell good hardware without thinking about who switches it on every Sunday morning. The equipment is fine. What is missing is the system, and that is what makes volunteers afraid.
Too Complex
Volunteers are afraid to touch the mixer because the settings are confusing and unintuitive.
No Support
When something fails mid-service, there is no single number that reliably picks up for fast help.
Operable by a volunteer team
Ease of operation is a design decision. In the WFOS System Design stage, we design the topology and presets so daily operation does not need a dedicated engineer.
ProPresenter Ready
Clean NDI integration to show lyrics and scripture on screen without technical hiccups.
Guided Handover
Documented SOPs and video training modules tailored to your system topology.
One-Touch Recall
Standard presets for lighting, audio, and visuals, recalled from an intuitive control panel.
Automatic Safe Mode
"Safe Scene" activates automatically when a critical software component drops out mid-service.
Accountable to the church board
Congregation funds are a trust. We prepare technical documentation and a clear line-item spec so the board can make a long-term investment decision based on data, not assumptions.
5-Year TCO Analysis
A Total Cost of Ownership breakdown as the basis for budget approval.
Compliance & Safety Report
Certification of all electrical installations and the structural strength of mounting points.
Worship Technical Blueprint
A sample line-item spec card we typically use for presentations to the board.

Ground Inspection
We measure the worship hall first
LED, speaker, and camera specifications can only be set once the room is understood. This is the WFOS Ground Inspection stage, before any numbers.
See the 5 WFOS stagesWhat we check on site
- 1 Area, height, and shape of the worship hall
- 2 Congregation size at the busiest service
- 3 Viewing distance to the screen from the farthest seat
- 4 Room acoustics and reverberation
- 5 Position of the mixer and media desk
- 6 Cable routes, power, and grounding
- 7 Streaming needs: cameras, internet, archive
- 8 Who operates it every Sunday
The survey results become the basis of a line-item spec you can audit before signing.
WAW Care
Maintained before next Sunday has a problem
Every church system we install is covered by WAW Care. Preventive visits are scheduled outside service hours, and the board can check the log.

What we check on every visit
- Check speakers, mixer, and wireless mics (batteries, frequencies)
- Check LED modules, processor, and the ProPresenter signal
- Check lighting, dimmers, and preset scenes
- Check cameras, encoder, and streaming connection
- Short refresher training for new volunteers
- On-call support for issues on service days
Every visit is recorded in a log you can open at any time. Not the longest warranty, but a warranty that shows up on schedule.

Discuss your church system.
Tell us the room size, congregation size, and the problems that keep coming up during services. We start by listening, not from a catalog.
