About
The problem was never the equipment.
We kept seeing the same scene: a leader spends hundreds of millions on a promise, then on the most important night the system goes quiet and the vendor cannot be reached. The equipment was fine. What was missing was a system, and someone willing to stay responsible until the end.
WAW was built on one belief: work is a form of care. The Worry-Free Operating System moves the promise from words to contract; a warranty that shows up 4 times a year on schedule, 6 times on call, with a log you can open at any time.
